Recently Completed Projects

These are some recently completed projects:

• System migrations to new data centre, platform and Oracle version, along with new standard backups, performance tuning and backup/recovery/DR testing.
• Upgrade of large Data Warehouse system: Migrated and upgraded Oracle databases, application code, batch scripts, and licenses to new servers.
• Development of a database Capacity Planning System with an Apache web-based front end.
• Implementation of materialized views, partitioned tables, and parallel DML to improve batch and on-line performance of various data marts.
• Performance Tuning project involving analysing measurements of NT, Network, Oracle, WebIntelligence and batch load and PL/SQL scripts.
